  • Proactive with digitalization, continuous improvement and development initiatives.
  • Participate in direct or indirect departmental projects.
  • Occasionally visit customers to meet your stakeholders face to face.

  • Report and present customer progress to different stakeholder levels within the organization.
  • Country champion for a country we serve to coordinate and contribute in service performance review meetings with country finance management.
  • Active and independent execution of customer / country on/off boarding.

Do you have what it takes?

We're looking for an EKAD Expert who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent customer orientation. You bring a solid academic background, proven project management and presentation skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data confidently in MS Excel. You're a strong communicator who can build trust with demanding, international customers while showing empathy for their cultures. You know how to structure and prioritize complex work, aren't afraid to make decisions independently, and bring creative, out-of-the-box thinking to challenging issues — always with an eye on results and deadlines.

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Finance, Sales, Business Analytics, or an associated field.
  • 3 years' experience in a related field (e.g. finance, collections, sales, business analysis, customer service), including experience with multi-million portfolios and international, sensitive customers.
  • Strong PC skills, particularly managing large volumes of data in MS Excel.
  • Proven project management and presentation skills, including strong negotiation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with great customer orientation and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in business English, with mastery of at least one other European language.
